These Terms are written in English and the English-language version shall be the authoritative version in the event of any dispute.
To register and use the ace360 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
Age Verification: ace360 may request documentary proof of age at any point, including but not limited to a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is resolved.
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all of the above eligibility conditions are met and that all information you provide to ace360 during registration is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
Each player may hold one account only on the ace360 platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ace360 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed without notice.
During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and payment method information. You are responsible for keeping your registered information up to date. To update any account details, contact support at [email protected].
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party or permit any other person to access your account. ace360 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised account access where such access occurred due to your failure to protect your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify ace360 immediately by contacting [email protected]. ace360 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
ace360 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other point ace360 deems appropriate. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is completed satisfactorily.
ace360 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. ace360 does not accept foreign currency transactions. Any funds deposited in a currency other than BDT will not be credited, and the player bears full responsibility for any resulting loss.
The minimum deposit on ace360 is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. ace360 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit unless otherwise approved in writing by ace360 support. ace360 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to successful completion of any applicable KYC verification. Processing times may vary depending on the mobile financial service provider.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, the player must have wagered the deposited amount at least once in real-money gameplay. Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the specific wagering requirements attached to the bonus at the point of offer. ace360 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or incomplete KYC verification.
Note: ace360 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their own terms of service.
ace360 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the point of offer.
Bonus Abuse: Any player found to be exploiting bonuses, colluding with other players, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or otherwise engaging in conduct designed to circumvent bonus terms will have their bonus balance forfeited and may have their account permanently closed.
All games and betting markets available on ace360 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live dealer systems from regulated third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not influenced by ace360 or any player action outside of the game rules themselves.
Once a bet has been confirmed and the game round or sporting event has commenced, the bet cannot be cancelled or reversed except where explicitly permitted by the specific game or market rules. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bets placed, including stake amounts and selected outcomes, before confirming.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or sporting event, ace360 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. Any winnings generated during a confirmed technical error will be considered null and void. ace360 will not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
All sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, Bangladesh Tigers, T20 World Cup, IPL), football, and kabaddi, are subject to the specific rules of each market as displayed on the betting page. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds at the time of bet placement and the correct odds, ace360 reserves the right to settle bets at the correct odds or void the bet and return the stake.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ace360 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the express prior written consent of ace360.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ace360 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

While ace360 takes reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability, and ace360 will not be liable for losses incurred during such periods.
ace360 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at ace360.bio/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ace360 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. Player financial data, including mobile banking account details, is handled with strict confidentiality and is not shared with third parties except where required for payment processing or as compelled by law.
ace360 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ace360 will provide reasonable notice by displaying a notice on the platform or by communicating the changes to your registered contact details. Your continued use of the ace360 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any unsettled bonus obligations) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.
ace360 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or any other conduct that ace360 determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players. In cases of confirmed breach, ace360 may forfeit any balance remaining in the account.
